Tothill Residential Surveying LTD is an independent surveying practice offering pre-purchase residential surveys across Essex. 

We are offering a modern approach to surveying by being available both before and after the survey, to understand any concerns you may have and to answer any questions once you receive the report.  

Tom Tothill is the primary surveyor and in his spare time enjoys playing golf and spending time with his three dogs. 

Tom is an Associate Member of the RICS and  is also a member of the RPSA, abiding by both codes of conduct.
