Tom is a member of RICS and has a wealth of experience in residential property to offer you the best pre purchase advice. RICS surveyors must undergo training and keep up to date with industry updates to ensure you are provided with the best information before committing to a purchase.

You will have the chance to speak to the surveyor before your appointment to raise any queries you may have. Unlike many other companies, we will  also meet/call you and answer any questions that you have after you receive the survey.

We will use the latest technology. Drone and roof surveys will be available to give you the extra piece of mind before you commit to purchase.

The report will be available no more than 3 business days after the appointment  (unless otherwise agreed). You will also be called soon after the appointment so you will not be left wondering.

Reports will be written in an easy to understand format with plenty of annotated photographs, making them easier to understand while maintaining high quality and an attention to detail.
